1. Scope
These Rules apply to pages, covers, previews, and playback on ximo.tv, and to the landing pages reached from them. They apply together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice, and the CSAM Policy. Content uploaded by creators is covered as well.
2. Age confirmation
Adult content is shown only after you confirm that you are at least 18, or 21 where 21 is the age of majority. Minors may not enter, including with a parent or guardian present. Adult series are not shown before that confirmation. If the law where you are requires a stricter age check than this confirmation, you must not use the adult parts of the Service.
3. Prohibited content
You may not upload, display, link to, or promote any of the following. A person who is under 18, or who appears to be under 18, engaged in or portrayed as engaged in sexual activity, whether the depiction is of a real person, a drawing, animation, a fictional character, or an AI-generated image. Sexual depiction of the genitals or anal region of a minor, or text, images, or audio that advocate sexual activity with a minor. Sexual activity involving an animal. Incest, rape, abuse, torture, or extreme violence. Blood, scat, urination, or crying in a sexual scene. Drugs, the consumption of alcohol or other drugs, or sexual activity by a person who is intoxicated. Using a weapon to obtain sex, showing a weapon in a threatening way, or selling weapons or ammunition. Prostitution, solicitation, human trafficking, sex trafficking, or arranging an in-person meeting for sex in exchange for payment. Racial epithets or ethnic slurs. A real person’s likeness, or a deepfake that resembles a real person, without that person’s prior consent. Political campaigning, tobacco or nicotine products, technical-support scams, ad blockers, or hacking and cracking. The Website does not promote alcohol products, cannabis, gambling, or pharmaceuticals. Animated and fictional characters must appear to be adults. Do not use cartoon characters that belong to someone else.
4. Synthetic performers and records
Every series, cover, and preview on the Service is AI-generated or synthetic and is labeled “AI Generated” on the cover and in the player. Explicit scenes do not depict an actual person. Characters are adults. If content uses a real person’s likeness, or an image that resembles a real person, that person’s prior consent is required. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related record-keeping rules address explicit visual content of actual people. Explicit content on this Website is synthetic and does not depict an actual person. Lawful questions about this statement go to [email protected].
5. Landing pages and advertising
The Website does not use exit blockers, automatic downloads, redirects that fire without a click, back-button hijacking, prompts that imitate system warnings, close buttons that do something other than close, or malicious scripts. Payment pages and third-party sites open only after you click. We do not ask you to click ads, we do not steer you toward ads with arrows or other graphics, and we do not pay you, grant xi coins, or unlock a series because you clicked or watched an ad. If a purchase includes an extra offer, you can decline that extra offer.
6. Enforcement and reports
Content that breaks these Rules is taken down. The account may be suspended or terminated, and consumed xi coins are not refunded. Report a violation to [email protected] with the page address and the reason. CSAM reports may be anonymous. See the CSAM Policy. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
