CSAM Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-24
1. Zero tolerance
XIMO prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every form. That includes real imagery, drawings or animation that depict minors, and AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated sexual content that appears to depict a minor. The Service is limited to fictional adult short dramas between adults. No person who appears to be under 18 may appear in sexual content.
2. Your duty
You must not upload, request, link, comment on, or otherwise distribute CSAM, or help anyone else do so. Creators must make sure performers and synthetic characters are unmistakably adults. Accounts that violate this policy are terminated and the content is removed.
3. How to report
If you see suspected CSAM on the Website, email [email protected] immediately. Include the page or episode and why you believe it is illegal. You do not have to give your real name. CSAM reports may be anonymous. We do not tell the uploader who reported the content, except where identifying the reporter is necessary to explain a report to law enforcement or to preserve evidence. Do not redistribute the content.
4. What we do
When we receive a report or find this material ourselves, we remove or disable it as quickly as we can, terminate the account, and report it to law enforcement and other appropriate bodies when the law requires or the circumstances call for it. We do not keep CSAM as operating material. Anything the law requires us to hold briefly for an investigation is provided only to competent authorities, not to the public.
